0,33l bottle from the brewery, enjoyed @ home. Pours clear amber with a medium head. Aroma is malts with pine and citrus. Flavor is malts with caramel, pine, hops. Good.

18th October 2023, tasting with minutemat at my place, this was a shared sample from Grumbo. Misted golden body, no head. Light smoked ham aroma and taste, peaty.

Keg @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. 18.10.2023. Poured amber color, thin dense head. Slightly nutty, caramel malty, deep. Medium bodied, bready malty. Excellent. Best of the three märzen on tap at that time ( Närke and Rothaus).

Sample thanks to grumbo, shared with blackhaddock. Murky gold in the glass, charred caramelised smoked meat aroma, continues to taste presenting a pleasant balanced smoked character. Decent.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Black, rich beige head. Aroma of cocoa powder and chocolate cake. Sweet with near full body and rounded mouthfeel. Ashy burnt malt on chocolate cake. Long bitter finish. Lacking depth, and has a bit of the dreaded cakeyness.

24/9/2023. Bottle courtesy of Teemu. 5.0% abv. Region #430. Finnish region 15/19. Pours almost clear dark golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is smoked, malts, grains, old campfire and smouldering socks. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with mild smokiness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Not a style I’m especially fond of, some I like but this one didn’t work so well for me.
