Description
Our beer is and will always be clean and consistent with a strong focus on balance. We feel our four flagship offerings best represent Pollyanna and take pride in their year-round availability (we package everything in cans and bottles). We're constantly experimenting with local fruits and spices, seasonal lagers, barrel-aging, wild yeast, and bacteria. In our intimate and truly unique taprooms, we offer tasting flights, draft pours, and to-go 64oz growlers, 32oz howlers, or 32oz crowler cans. Our Lemont location offers a scenic look at the brewery, our Roselle location offers a wide array of wood barrels, Italian Foudres, and a smaller brewhouse for unique one-off offerings, and our St Charles location offers our largest taproom and a beautiful view of the Fox River. Keep an eye out for a constant rotation of special firkins and taproom only offerings at each location.

Pour is a cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is a super spicy saaz hop. Flavor is likewise. All saaz hops with some neutral grain malt. A very hop forward pils. The can says German pils. While this has German ingredients this is way more of an Americanized pils with an overabundance of hops.

Can shared by Adam, thanks! Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has light sweet grains and straw with a bit of cookie coming through. Flavor has cookie and sweet grains with a touch of straw underlying.

Can from Orange & Brew. Pours a hazy gold with a big foamy head. Smell has a lighter version of catty PNW hops. Taste is rather light in malts, which is letting the hops sneak in a do a slow burn. So, an attempt at a standard West Coast IPA with a light malt bill. It's acquitting itself pretty well.
