4/3/2020. Bottle at Bières Cultes - Rue des Halles, Paris. Pours cloudy pale golden orange with a large white head. Aroma is yeasty, hoppy, fruity and herbal. Moderate sweetness and a touch of tart. Nice brew.

ABV: 6.4%. Murky medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, oat - wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, wheat - oat, tropical fruit, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity hops - orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Little cloudy blond to light yellow beer, big creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, lots of tropical fruits, citrus notes, some pineapple, more fruit, good! MF: lots of carbon, medium to light body. Taste: fruity start, bit lemony, citrus, orange peel, tropical fruits, pineapple, super refreshing, little sourish, some grapefruit. Aftertaste: orange juice, tropical fruits, sweet ripe mango, lovely beer, very nice!

Draught Small just off-white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Asafoetida! Cheesy hops, bit of meaty esters suggested. Milder flavour, again cheesy however, and faint asafoetida. Fruity sweetness with a bit of malt, citrus. Quite hopoilslick, at least medium bodied. Not bad, but the asafoetida smell could put punters off.
