Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. Note, however, the deep respect we have for the most sensitive among us because, to quote a quote from Mr. Audiard who is dear to us, "When the guys of 130kg say certain things, those of 60kg listen to them. "
The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.
Having the Pig Spirit is also knowing how to share with friends. So let's start by opening up a good beer!

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Hinna (also got a bottle from Nettbutikken). This is beer #4 in the 4-hand brew series. ABV is 8%. Golden colour, small white head. Nice aroma of pineapple and other tropical fruits, hints of citrus and spruce. Moderate carbonation. The flavour has first some fruity sweetness (pineapple and citrus again), while the finish is drier and slightly \"dusty\" - a little more bittering hops would not hurt.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 01.05.20. Cloudy pale peach colour. Diminishing white head. Excellently complex and balanced aroma of fresh citrus, dried citrus peel, pineapple and tamarind. Good!

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Verksgt., Stavanger. ABV is 11%. Dark brown colour, moderate to small beige head. Malty but very unfresh aroma, notes of vomit and poo. The flavour is better, but still somewhat unfresh. Malty and sweet with caramel, hints of Christmas spices. Warming mouthfeel. A pity with the aroma.
