Description
The pig philosophy was born in Lorraine, among the "Gros". With us, everyone is "fat" and you don't have to be physically imposing to be "fat" in your mind. The porcine philosophy above all reflects the character traits of piglets, both jovial and epicurean, as quick to chouille as to taste a mousse in the rules of the art. She also has the will not to take herself seriously even if it does not prevent anything from knowing how to assert herself.

Sampled @CRAFT Frankfurt 2018. A black beer with a small beige head. Aroma of fresh roasted, vanilla, chocolate. Taste of intense sweet dark malt, chocolate, vanilla, liqourice. Nice.
