33cl can, BB 12/2024.
Pâle, col épais crémeux blanc-cassé léger et bien tenace.
Arôme sur un nez frais fruité aromatique tropical avec un retour café/espresso tout aussi frais avec des notes florales - jasmin et pêche avec un rétro de grillé, espresso marqué, caramel presque beurre salé.
Palais est délicat avec un caractère café qui ne peut être ignoré, ici le tout oscille vers l'espresso avec un houblonné plus en retrait. Le café apporte un caractère fin fruité avec une pointe de noisette et chocolat en fin de bouche.
Version un peu plus axée sur le café, ici, le côté malté caramel, café vient prendre le dessus sur l'aspect ipa où le volet neipa en arrive même à être éclipsé - c'est dire !
Ceci étant, Piggy continue avec des bières café qui continuent à impressionner. ok mais pas leur IPA café la plus balancée.

deep dark brown colour, moderate sized creamy brown head; aroma of dairy cream, cappuccino, chocolate, cocoa and some some vanilla notes; taste is similar to the aroma with some nutty and cherry aroma; good one

A: hazy ochre, stable, foamy, white head.
A: shallot, ripe tangerine, melon, lychee, pineapple.
T: sweet tangerine, lychee, biscuit, bit dank & spicy.
F: floral hops, ripe tropical fruit, spicy shallot, warming triple sec-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Not the 'freshest' NEIPA example; Hazy Pale Ale almost.

Can via 100 piv. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, is actually high probably, but feels a bit smaller due to significant residual sugar - with only moderate perceived sweetness though, mostly juicy. Med-light warmth present, rather soft and subtle, ABV overall hidden well. Hops-centered, with lots of citrusy, blood orange, a bit of peach, red apples and a hint of berries. Overall quite good.

Can. Bright cloudy yellow, white lace. Quite onionny aroma. Medium full, sticky , light oily on the palate. Stinky, cheesy, ripe pineapple. Not my favorite today.
