12oz bottle from ABC poured into a shaker. Pours a light amber with a half finger of white head. Slight citrus hop aroma with some caramel malt. Taste is lightly bitter. Good hop taste with a little malt. Medium bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, not bad. Iβll drink this one but probably wouldnβt buy it again.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy amber color ale with a solid foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and bitter hops sis dominating but well balanced with some floral notes. Taste is a nice mix between some hoppy and citrus hops and some floral undertones with a solid dry caramel malt base. Resinous hops are traceable though not excessive. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Well brewed and easily drinkable IPA.

Bottle. Pours with a quite a black body with a medium sized tan head with fine bubbles. Good retention with modest lacing. Aromas of roast, light tropical fruit, tangerine and pine. A good amount of milk chocolate. Very light esters on the back end. Some alcohol notes. Bready and lightly roasty malt profile, floral hop profile. Flavors of bitter chocolate, bread, some pine and citrus notes. Really short duration and somewhat sedated. Very mild in the overall bitterness from what I was expecting (thought there would be more hop bitterness ideally, or, less ideally, some malt astringency). A good amount of warming. Some fruity notes on the mid palate. Lots of chocolate, mild coffee from the roast. Medium, creamy bubbles. Roast is quite smooth, no astringency. Quite warming. Interesting, yet middle of the road, big Black IPA. No immediate faults, but nothing extraordinary either.
