bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, color giallo oro velato, al naso lieviti agrumi spezie frutta matura a pasta gialla note floreali esteri, in bocca marmellata di pesche miele note erbacee, corpo medio, l’alcool si sente ma è ben bilanciato ed è molto pericoloso..., carbonazione decisa, bella secchezza molto pulita, dolce con amaro accentuato molto lungo nel finale. Finalmente una Tripel italiana ben fatta dopo aver bevuto tanti aborti. Bravi. c. Fatti una birra 26.03.22

Tap at luppolo 12, rome. Bright hazy yellow color sustained whitr head. Aroma of pale malts and wheat, spices, mint, citrusy hops, belgian yeast, dough. Taste is spectacular, starts off sugary then ripples on a decise yet not violent lemony sourness ending up on a moderate herbal bitter tone. Strong carbonation, medium body, silky texture, refreshing, light balsamic, easy to drink. Finish is medium dry, quite long, yeasty. Fantastic hoppy belgian ale, lovely, I see this great for summer.

Draft @ La Tana. Dorée, col épais et crémeux blanc. Arôme au nez fin grains concassés, pils, note verte fraiche houblonnée - houblonné noble. Palais sur le malt pils et léger pâle, ajout noble qui procure une saveur de citronné et léger fleuri - jasmin et moyennement légumineux. Douceur légère perdure en fin de bouche.
