Bottle shared in NH. Pours deep honey-gold with a frothy white head. The aroma has some melon, orange, faint pine. Light-medium sweet flavor, some crackery malts, pine, melon, ripencitrus, rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish, toasty bread, melon, orange. Fine.

Draft at Farmhouse Tap and Grill. Bright yellow color with lasting head retention. Aroma is huge citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon, tangerine and light grain.
The flavor is mostly bright citrus with a very light note of pine in the finish. The mouthfeel is light and airy with a semi Dry texture. The bitterness is on the lower side with nice citrus throughout. Very nice drink.

On the bottle: \"batch #025; 08/04/2015\"
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dissipated. There was barely any lacing. Fizzy bubbles did rise rapidly.
The smell had a crisp sharp orange rind running into sweet citrus and sprucy/somewhat piney background.
The taste was fully bittersweet citrus pulp and rind. Orange pulp starts to come out more so as it warms. A nice bittersweet citrus aftertaste leads into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body. Carbonation runs appropriate for the style and for me. Bittersweet harshness pummels my tongue very nicely.
Overall, another nice DIPA from a brewery just around the corner from where I live. I’d definitely have again.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Winooski Beverage, 7/24/15, Batch 019: 07/01/2015
Aroma: The nose is citrus hops, with some Belgian White like spice and yeast components
Appearance: It pours a yellow color, white hue, frothy and foamy white head, lots of lacing
Flavor: The flavor is more spice/yeast forward than the aroma with citrus hop bitterness
Palate: It has a light-medium body, lively-to-fizzy carbonation, and a spicy, dry close
Overall Impression: Kind of tends toward the components a lot of breweries are trying for when they make a White IPA. I liked this one better than I have a lot of those. I would almost call it more of a Saison APA hybrid than a Belgian White APA. Either way, it is kind of unique and really, pretty well done.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Winooski Beverage, 7/22/15, Batch 010/013, Bottled on 6/18/15
Aroma: The nose decent, lightly fruity, with some caramel as well
Appearance: The pour is unclear amber-orange with a small beige head and drippy lace
Flavor: Tastes similar, some caramel malt sweetness, with a lighter bitterness
Palate: Fairly light bodied, easy drinking, with a soft carbonation, and a light dry finish
Overall Impression: This beer is just fine. It's a nice pale ale with a lighter hop presence and a strong malt backbone. No noticeable flaws. Really, just fine. I didn't dislike anything about this, I just feel like it is a little dull.

This was poured into a tulip. Bottle dated 06/24/2015.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy amber to red color with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dissipated leaving some light lacing here and there.
The smell had some light sweet citrus running into some caramel malts and then some red apples.
The taste was mainly sweet with a mild bitterness in and around. There’s no aftertaste but it did have a mild citrus to caramel finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sipping to sessionable quality about it. Carbonation seemed decent and the bitterness was there but it didn’t show a whole lot of strength.
Overall, an okay DIPA, there’s other offerings from this company I’d rather have before this.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops light mahogany color with a thin white head. Aromas of caramel pine and malt. Taste is somewhat thin for a double IPA with notes of citrus and pine.

Bottle purchased at Hungar Mountain Co-Op. Date on the label reads June 18, 2015. Unexpected amber red color, thin lasting head. Aroma is mostly fruit, sugar and weak pine notes.
The body is meduim with almost no bitterness for a imperial IPA. Even mild bitterness if this was an IPA under 7%. The flavor is very mild, citrus mostly and just a hint of pine toward the backend.

Bottled on 06/11/2015.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a soft hazy glazed yellow color with a one finger white foamy head. It dissipates within less than about a minute leaving some messy lacing roaming around the glass.
The smell started off with a big citrus burst of hops rolling over a light pine and strolling into a slight floral setting.
The taste was pure bittersweet and authentic, pure citrus to pine. A light citrus to piney aftertaste accompanies and leads to the same sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seems good as an APA and still carries a nice bitterness to define the bitterness correctly.
Overall, this is a stellar APA, beautifully done and am looking forward to more check ins.
