Draught @ BAF! 2018 [ Borefts After Festival ] @ Brouwerij Kaapse, Veerlaan 19-D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Bidassoa / La Quince / Van Moll Xirimiri ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, citrus, orange, wood, wine, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20180923] 7-3-7-3-14

AROMA: medium hop aroma with a slight floral note. faint phenolic background (slightly plastic). low malty background with a slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium-large ivory head with good retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium-low to low hop flavor (slightly green), followed by an almost neutral malt background (slightly sweet). medium to medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. OVERALL: a pale ale with ok hop presence, some odd aromas and nothing extraordinary.

Caña en el Malte la Coruña 03.. 11.. 2018. (r02). Color amarillento anaranjado velado con espuma blanca. Sabores afrutados suaves secos con finales herbáceos verdes lupulados y algo secos también. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber, algo espumosa. Buena, refrescante.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, chocolately and nuttily dark malty aroma, hints of dark chocolate, pecan, Brazil nut, minimally waxy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately dark malty, nutty, notes of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, cream, pecan, cautious peppery spicy undertones, a minimally waxy touch; creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, lingering chocolately finish.

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with teddybeer, muchas gracias José. Tasted on the 25/10/2018 at home. Color dorado con una espuma media inicial que se disipa rápidamente. Aroma herbal, con toques de pepino y tónicos. El sabor es básicamente lo mismo. Falta de intensidad, tanto en el aroma como en el sabor. Tremendamente hipercarbonatada para su estilo. Final suave y con un burbujeo masivo. Next one please!
