Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark red amber colour. Heavy malty light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Very pastry. Creamy palate.

Tap at Uba Ja Humal. Rather full body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness. Lots of roasty chocolatey and coffeeish maltiness, also med-light peaty phenolic smokiness, let's hope it comes from peated malt. It works though. Also light dried fruits. Lots of breadth and intensity of the malts, really rewarding sipper. Med-light pleasant warmth. All in all excellent.

Tap at Uba Ja Humal. Thin body, high carbonation. Moderate raspberry presence, feels natural, med-light lactic funk. Med-high sourness, light tartness. Easy drinking, pretty good.

Bottle @ home. Dark brown, almost black body under a moderate sized beige head. Wonderful aroma, I could just sit there and smell at my glass for a long time. Dark malt, chocolate, coffee, dry fruit, raisins, Rum, vanilla – really complex nose. Taste is fantastic as well. Sweet, smooth, gentle roasted dark malt, dark chocolate, caramel, lots of dry fruit, smooth Rum, hint of vanilla, balanced bitterness and pleasant warming alcohol. Fin body and long lasting aftertaste. Pure joy.
