Description
We produce beautifully balanced beers. We blend the contemporary with the traditional to produce flavoursome craft beers. Check our webshop for the latest releases (UK wide) or swing by our great taproom for beers, food and more.

We produce beers across the spectrum. Our first and core beers will be unashamedly British, but we savour beers from across the world and relish the opportunity to offer our interpretations. Built on a foundation of quality and consistency our beautiful little brewery in Teesdale will be delivering beers across the North East… and beyond.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of orange citrus, yeast, coffee note. Taste is malty, with citrus, fruity, tangy, spicy coffee underhint, yeast and some bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry spicy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale amber colour, white foam head that diminishes and aroma of yeast, citrusy, floral, spice hints. Taste is sweetish, pale malt, grains, with fruity yeasty notes and citric, with some bitterness. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, dry flowery citric finish. Quite drinkable.

28/7/2021. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, hoppy, citrus, damp leaves, light spiced notes. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly fizzy. It's okay.

440ml can from Wobbly Duck. Massively foamed out everywhere on opening! Hazy yellow gold colour, big foamy white head and aroma of fruits, plastic, grains, citric, yeasty. Taste is grainy, fruity, some citrus notes and slightly astringent, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, medium-dry plasticky yeasty finish. OK

440ml can from Caps Off, Bishop Auckland. Amber gold colour, white foamy head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of malt, fruity, citrus. Taste is sweetish malty, with a zesty citrus note and some peppery bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Quite OK.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Black brown colour, beige foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of spices, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom with rich malt. Taste is sweetish, dark malty, chocolate, zingy spiced, nutmeg, cardamom, and earthy nutty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry nutty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

21/6/2021. Can shared with SHIG and Dana at the Suffolk Solstice beer share. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, orange, lime, yeast, grass, hint of coffee. Moderate sweetness with some bitterness from the coffee. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Grew on me.

Can shared during the Suffolk Solstice meet up: Poured a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma fruity hops, citrus, melon. Taste is coffee, citrus, fruity, malty.
