Can. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has straw and bread with a bit of light grass and hay backing. Flavor has lots of bread and hay with a bit of grass and straw in the finish.

On tap at Bow & Arrow, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a complex buggy character, plenty of farmhouse funk, and tart citrus. Flavour is much the same, with tart citrus, lots of complex bugs and rustic notes. Dry, grainy, buggy, with assertive carbonation. Expertly brewed.

On tap at Bow & Arrow, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out complex notes of tropical fruit—especially peach, guava and apricot—with farmhouse funk and oak. Flavour is much the same, with loads of the aforementioned, gently tart tropical fruits, bugs and oak. Complex and beautifully brewed. This is great.

On tap at Bow & Arrow, pours an opaque dark orange with a small beige head. Nose is estery, with floral notes, bubblegum and some rustic farmhouse notes. Flavour is a little drier but still expresses too many esters, with candi sugar and bubblegum upfront, followed by farmhouse notes and some earthiness. Needs more attenuation and better temp control, along with higher carb. Decent but just another American farmhouse ale that is off the mark.

On tap at Bow & Arrow, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright jalapeo upfront, followed by tart grapefruit, and some bugs. Flavour is a jalapeo and grapefruit bomb as advertised, with a wonderful blend of the two ingredients atop a nice sour base. Damn, that's an impressive, if unlikely, combination of flavours. That jalapeo imparts great flavour without spice. Excellent.

Thin white head with yellow body. Faint lawny aroma. Full malty and bready taste with a crisp finish. Tastes better than it looks

Pint can from Total Wine Santa Fe, 1/26/22. Hazy dark reddish brown, large frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of dark chocolate, roast, minty hop. Taste is roast, dark chocolate, dark fruits. A bit thin for the style, lingering bitterness. Decent. 100th New Mexico rating!
