Cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has a little eggy yeast, doughy pale bread. Light sweet flavour with hints of grapefruit, peach, melon. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pithy citrus in the finish, more pale bread, low bitterness. Pretty decent overall.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2017 - Hackney. Pours hazy amber-gold with a creamy, white crown. Big grainy aroma, with accents of orange peel. Light sweet flavour with mild piney bitterness, toasted grains, old citrus peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with continuing toasted grains, mellow citrus, a little caramel. OK beer.

ABV: 5.5%. Hazy - murky medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, UK yeast, light sulphur. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, yeast, sweet yeast, fruity malt, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171206]

Cask at the St. Ives 'Booze on the Ouse' beer festival, 2017. Pours dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and dark fruits. Medium sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Quite light body, slight oily oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry, roasted finish.

Cask @ St Ives Booze on the Ouse festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is close to black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, little coffee, hops and has a nice sweet light bitter finish. Should be set as a stout and not as ESB.
