Keg from 3at3, Ely. Straw, cloudy with some visible carbonation. The sharp meanness of the Mosaic takes centre stage in the aroma but there's also the spicy fruity notes of Ella. Taste sweet with a light savoury bite long balanced finish whose complexity offsets the weak body. Yes, another special beer from TBM.

Keg at the Draymans Son, Ely. Very dark gold. Impenetrably hazy with a thin white head. Candied orange peel, freshly mown grass, tangerines juice on the nose. Sweet juicy taste like a thousand sweetened oranges. Finish is balaned by an intense hoppy bitterness. Full body with medium carbonation. A wonderful IPA.
