Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 6th May 2026. Clear, coppery amber with shallow foam and partial lacing. Spicy aroma of pines and resins. Malty in-mouth with sharp spices. Sour citrus notes. A sharply bitter finish with some sour lactic/citrus lines. Light bodied with a smooth texture.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 23rd April 2026. Opaque yellow with shallow whitish foam affording spot lacing. Grapefruit citrus throughout, and one or two transient lactic notes. Pungent on the nose, and sweet malts late. Medium body and a smooth mouthfeel.

Half pint from the keg at the Draysman's Son, Ely. Pours a deep cloudy light orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of passion fruit, melon, lemon, citrus & Motueka hops. Medium body. Light hoppy finish.
