20/9/2024. Draft at the Bury St Edmunds Craft Beer Festival. England rating #12,000. Pours black with a creamy beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, toasted coconut, chocolate, caramel, ashy and liquorice hints. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth, soft carbonation. A very real and not artificial coconut porter. Really good.

Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Bluish purple and hazy with a small uneven purplish-white head. Fresh aroma of berries and blackcurrant. Lactose notes. Tastes pretty sour, not insanely so but it does have a fairly serious tartness with slight creamy sweetness. Very short finish. Full body, low carbonation. Impressive if a little predictable.

Gravity cask from the Real Ale Classroom, Stoneygate, Leicester. Light to mid-yellow gold, hazy with a film of white head. Aroma of white grape, some grapefruit, I'm getting a bit of the lychee as well. More lychee and grape in the sweet taste, a bit of pineapple. Some creamy bitterness mid-sip providing balance to a sweet beer. So.ewhat short finish. Light to medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty good but not one of TBM's exceptional beers.

Gravity cask at the Fat Cat Brewery Tap, Norwich, 27/01/24. Moderately hazed golden orange with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, grass, tangerine, melon. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, tangerine, melon, soft malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness. Not bad for a cask pale.
