On tap at Craft Beer Oasis, Crewe. Pours a cloudy lemon yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Not much of an aroma – just some generic citrus. In the mouth there’s an initial sharp sensation with floral hops, before it settles down and citrus and grapefruit come to the fore. Some hints of spices as well. It’s okay – just nothing to write home about.

Keg at BrewDog Cambridge, 19/07/22. Hazed orange with a decent just off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is tangy apricot, orange peel, soft malts, papaya. Taste comprises apricot yoghurt, all apricot ... struggling to detect much nana, grass, light sour edge, hint of orange, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow pucker. Not bad ... good apricot profile but could do with a more sour angle.

23/7/2022. Can from Sir Toby's Beers, Norwich, shared at the ITFC pre-season gathering. Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, herb, bitter lemon, grapefruit, veggie edge. Moderate sweetness, medium plus bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Super brewery, but this was a bit of a miss.
