Description
We are a modern craft brewery and tap room founded in 2014 in Rivington. Focusing on innovative modern styles, while drawing inspiration from the past.

Our inspiration comes from the world over, but our focus is very much local. We concentrate on making the best beer in styles we love, for the people in our local communities. Our passion for the North West is paid back tenfold. We have local landlords who buy whatever we make, no matter the style - from barleywine to grisette - we’re really lucky that so many places support us because they like our beers, and their customers love to try anything local. The people we look up to are all the brewers who are never content with the beers that they’re making - you can always be better.

Panda thanks to Colin. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Thinnish malts, a mild natural grain. Light cooling pine hops. Luminosa delivers a mild and slightly ripe lemon. Touch of berry fruits. Modest citrus, also a little ripe. Mild pithy bitterness. A little more lemon on the light and semi dry finish, getting sherbetty. Not bad at all, just a little thin and dry.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Just a very mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light smooth pale malts, a smooth light creamy sweetness. Hops bring soft pine and a little hop spice nibble. Dolcita dominates here, soft and juicy coconut, slightly ripe pineapple. Mild citrus. Mild stone fruits. Light finish. Pretty tasty.

Can from The Fuss Club. Pours thicker than a Trump acolyte. Certainly a coconut, mango & banana nose, some pineapple, peach. Taste is a rich flavoursome mix of the above. Thick juicy sweet, barely noticeable alcohol. Perfect drink for a rare UK warm, sunny afternoon
