Half-pint, cask at Prince of Wales. A rustic glint to a off-black body, spotty lacing from a remaining beige head. Slightly roasted malty aromas, hints of dark fruits. Mixed taste profile of caramel and stewed fruits. Lightly roasted malt-fruity finish. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Ledbury 01.02.2020).

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 26 May 2018) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with notes of caramel, toffee and dried fruit. Malty taste with caramel, dried apricots, toffee, dark fruit and a balanced earthy bitterness in the finish. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced bitter. Quite nice.

Cask-conditioned at Gloucester Beer Festival, 31/3/2017. Deep gold in colour, with a thin, white, head. Aroma of pineapple and tangerines, with a grassy hop kick. Flavour had plenty more fruits, some biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Good.
