Can shared with Dad at The Hive, Crowthorne, 30th December 2025. Pours black and thinnish. Aroma is chocolate and whiskey, taste is chocolate, barrel, slight sharpness, whiskey - bit thin in the mouth, but not bad

Salford Uni during applications said no thanks giving me my first knock-back in life! Knocking this one back without rejection, it's a smooth bitter without being of the 'Best' variety. Quite hoppy tasty, good looking once settled.

There's an orange cat on the street behind mine, his original family named him Brian, but he decided to move on his own terms and now lives across the same road with John and Veronica. The beer is blonde, not orange, dryish fine pale ale texture. Slightly dirty pine aroma, better pine in taste albeit light. Very crisp.
