Cask gravity @ GBBF 2017. Pours a hazy pale amber orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Golden with an off white cap. Nose is citric pith, mango, apricot, straw, light breads. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, soft breads, toasted grains, lemon rind, light grapefruit kiss. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with juicy hop bitterness. Solid enough cask IPA.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A clear mid golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet malts, sticky pine, spicy pine needles. Flavour is composed of grassy piney hop, assertive firm hoppy bitterness. Palate is oily, prickly reinius, good cask condition. Lingering slightly harsh bitterness.

[ As Turtle Mountain Prickly Parasol White IPA ].
ABV: 6.6%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, fruity, flowers - blossom. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, wheat, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops - peach, flowers - blossom - nectar - honey - cactus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180809]

Cask gravity at GBBF 2018. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, bright, peachy, nectarine, apricot, fruit pie, tangerine and orange blossom. The taste is dry, bitter, raw bitterness, oily, chewy, resinous, apricot, peach, nectarine, grass and pine with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation carbonation. Punchy and in nice condition. Not too shabby.

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Great condition. Light and sweetish malts. Pine. Trace of tropical fruits. Little itchy spice, well buried. Mild orange peel bitternes. Light crispy finish. Nice, condition helps carry this.

[ As Turtle Mountain Two, If By Sea ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pine, fruity hops. Cask at GBBF’17, day one, 08/08/17. Lightly hazed amber to copper with a moderate off white head that soon vanishes. Nose is biscuit, earthy fruit rub, brown bread, malts. Taste comprises mellow hop, biscuit malt, light spice, tangerine, toffee. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. Average stuff.

New Mexico Beer Fest. Pretty pinkish red color light pink head. Lime and cranberry in an odd combo. Sourness is soft rather than tart. OK
