8th August 2019 GBBF Day 3 and also Day 1. Cask. Almost clear dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth rich malts, touch of malt cream, toffee and a little molasses. Tangy powdery chocolate. Dark fruits. Some plum. Light crispy finish. Amusing. The rich flavours stand in contrast to the light crispy palate. Rich and drinkable.
