Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a nice good quality; subtle finish of pine to pineapple-y to papaya hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue

On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT.
Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: murky orange cardboard color with a bar pour's kind of little white head which slipped off inwardly to leave very little lace
Aroma: danky toned hops, lemony hoppiness; some herbal hoppiness and a light peachy hop tone; then a light clean maltiness
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together to a fine bittersweet quality; mild finish of lemony to peach to danky hop blend
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards the sipping side, I think; subtle smoothness to this but also some hop abrasion but wasn't anything overbearing
Overall: nicely done DIPA I would very much love to have again.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in the glass with a slim cap of a little tan foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: big amount of milk chocolate, sweet coffee, light cream, maple syrup, sweet oats and a touch of roasted nuts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly sweet with a touch of roast and light toasted nuttiness; finishes with the maple syrup and sweet coffee
Texture: medium bodied, good as a sipper; pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: I very much would welcome this one again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: semi-burnt amber with a sly transparency about it; two and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: citrusy & piney hops mesh with a lean caramel/toffee malt bill
Flavor: prior aromas blend for a mighty fine bittersweet old school sort of appeal; finishes piney and the caramel/toffee malts
Texture: medium bodied and a nice hoppy bite that I seemed to have missed from many IPA's these days; sessionable and a light smoothness but not too much
Overall: seems a bit like a West coast styled IPA but hey I ain't arguing, I'd bang this beauty again.

Overall: pretty nicely done AIPA I could come back to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: yellowed cardboard haziness with a three finger white foamy head which fell off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: grapefruity to citrusy to piney and tropical fruity hop tones; clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet blend of the prior noted aromas; clean finish of the citrusy and piney hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also some bitterness clipping at my tongue but not too much
Overall: pretty nicely done Winter-ized version of Head Stash I'd bang this again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: rustic amber to red in color with some transparency closer to the edges of the glass; two finger white foamy head dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted grains, caramel/toffee malts and some grassy hops? Hmmm...maybe but the hops do seem fairly distant in this one
Flavor: leans towards the sweet side bringing the grains and malts as once again the hops seem so faded, are they even there? well, okay, the finish is malty and that's about it for the finish just malty
Texture: light to medium bodied with some sessionability about it; pretty smooth all along the tongue
Overall: despite an absence of hops throughout, yes, I get it - it's an American styled red ale but well, with other American red ales I've had before those had some kind of hoppy balance to them. This one, well, I was hoping for something that would balance those malts, that's all I'm asking.

Aroma: big sweet milk chocolate tones, some dark chocolate, espresso like sweetness and roasty tones to it, subtle vanilla
Flavor: brings the prior noted aromas about to a light sweet to roasty and subtle toasty quality; finishes quaint with a keen blend of the chocolate and espresso-like tones
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done milk/sweet stout I would have again.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: golden yellow transparent color with slow rising carbonation seen and a soft fluffy foamy white head which took it's time to dissipate then barely leave any lace.
Aroma: mild rice to slight lemony sweet tones - it's fairly quick and hard to really discern
Flavor: mostly sweet throughout meshing the rice with the lemony tones, finishes with the rice sweetness and lemon sweetness
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable; extremely clean and smooth across the tongue
Overall: though I've had very little experience with rice lagers, I like this one for me and I could see myself coming back to with some food. Pass the sushi, please? Sure, why not, right?
