Mild hay and lilly nose. Clear yellow, thin head. Dandelion, lemon zest, lilly, honey. Light body, easy carbonation. Wait, what? I thought this was supposed to be an American style light lager, in effect, tasteless swill. This is actually quite flavorful and delicious.

Pours hazy mahogany cola into a shaker. Mocha with little retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Brown bread and licorice aromas. Soft and dry with light molasses, citrus, raisin, date and prune upfront turning to toasted multigrain bread in the medium length finish. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Dark Mild - Nitro on 14 Mar 2025 at 23:41 - Score: Appearance - 9 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 8.5. Can purchased at Gourmet Haus. Pours cloudy orange-yellow with soapy pristine white head that is clunky around the rim. Tangerine and pineapple dominate the aroma with faint white wheat in the back. Flavor is citrus, orange. Nice sweetness on the back half of the palate.

After mostly drinking lagers for past 2 months appreciate heading back into hoppy ale land. Peachy orange colored and few fingers of white foam. Nose is citrus and sweet herbs. Tastes of grapefruit, lychee, sasparilla, white tea, some pepper. Creamy mouthfeel

Can from Bert's Pours a dark brown/black with a huge rocky tan head that slowly recedes. Creamed coffee with a hint of chocolate and vanilla. Light roast faint earth and caramel. Not too bad.

From Good Times Oakland, canned October 13th 2023.

It pours a hazy orange with an impressive head of foam, long lasting, very nice lacing.

The smell is dank, tropical fruit, citrus, almost an aroma of onion but thankfully not.

The taste is juicy, dank, tropical fruit, oranges, citrus, some cracker malt peeks through. The dankness wears on my palate rather quickly and makes this not as drinkable as it could be.

Juicy mouthfeel. Overall, I can see people digging this but my opinion is what counts, eh?

Can pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! An opaque black with thin cap of tan head fading to a ring and light lacing. Aroma is strong more-sweet-than-bitter coffee, lactose, vanilla, Taste mirrors aroma with addition of milk chocolate, almond. Smooth, medium bodied, soft carbonation, wonderful sweet finish. No sign of alcohol. Could be a little thicker. Very nice!
