Brewery draught, 10/26/25.
As pictured.
Not super balcony, to me. More woody smoke with a bit of coconut. Rich malts with light toast and a touch of chocolate. But the smoke is ever-present.
More salted bacon in the mouth, but it's not quite Schlenkerla. Malty is soft, chewy, sweet up front drying out with bread, light toast and light smoke phenol. Love that abv and the depth of texture and flavor here. Not quite balls to the wall but you gotta "love the smoke" or you won't like this.

Pours clear gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Sourdough and corn aromas. Medium bodied with sour corn and hot plastic front to back. Lasting hot plastic finish. Nope.

Can (10/03/24) from Andover Classic Wines. Opaque dark brown, light sparkle, thin head with good retention and nice web of lacing. Aroma is chocolate covered espresso bean, vanilla. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, creamy texture, full body, average carbonation, roasted, lightly bitter finish. Delights all the senses. A pleasure!
