Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Borough Wines. Pours hazy orange-gold with a stiff, frothy white head. Lightly sweet, quite dry and flinty. If there was ever much expressive fruit character in here it has since faded. Some bitter pine needles, dried pale malts, straw. Light bodied with active carbonation. Dry finish, mild minerality, lemon peel, grass. Bitter aftertaste. So so.

28/7/2018. Can at Højbjerg tasting. Pours hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel, yeast, fruit, hops and pine. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Mild aroma of hops and malt, with estery notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and hints of fruit. Bitter and estery aftertaste, Okay.

Can. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, malt, hops and has a nice hoppy finish.
