Description
A humble brewery making honest beer.

After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Dark brown to black. Roasty licorice. Chocolate and rice Krispy treats with rye and something else I can’t pin point. It’s good but not great

Cloudy looks like wort. 1 finger head. Smells really great! Just loads of galaxy hops. Thin body but substantially punchy in bitterness. Astringent and resinous.

Off yellow and clear. Smells like cedar chips and wood. Oaky with a thick and heavy malt backbone. Very commanding and present with burnt sugar, vanilla and caramel apple.

750 ml bottle purchased at the brewery, today!! Bright hazy gold with soapy head, aroma of wheat, tart lemon and a mineral note. The flavor is spot on for the style. Tart wheat, lemons and a light hint of salt in the finish. This brew is light and refreshing between the salt and tart wheat. Nicely done, easy summer drinker!

Sampled at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with some frothy, white head. Nose is big with perfume and tropical fruit, a little bit of meyer lemon, some ripe fruitiness. Flavor is balanced, some citrus, more pine than the nose lets on, tropical fruit follows, white grape, some grass. Zesty finish. Strong.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a transparent, deep brown (certainly not ’pitch black’) with a ring of off white head. Nose has some coffee, toast, dark malt, caramel, cracker. Flavor is sweet, caramel, toast, cream soda, malt, molasses. Everything is quite mild. Clean finish. Well balanced.
