Keg draught at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Lightvyellow hazy with a loose off-white head. Fresh scent of summer berries, soft citrus, a tiny bit of stone fruit. It's in the mouth that this beer really takes off. Sweet with an almost umami note, some white grape, apricot, biscuity malt. Short finish. Light body with heavy carbonation. Starting to really love this brewery.

Gravity cask at the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester city centre. Light yellow, hazy with an uneven and slightly loose white head. Overwhelming aroma of pineapple with some gooseberry, apricot, pink grapefruit. Sweet taste, lots if big sweaty apricot here, mellowing to a balanced finish with some subtle hop bitterness. Light to medium body, almost no carbonation. Not one of their absolute best, but very good.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime and pineapple. Flavour of orange and boozy peach. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A fruity IPA with a spiky, tangy finish.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Chestnut brown pour with a beige head. Nose is grapefruit, tart dark fruits. Taste is blackberry, grapefruit, raisin. Malty bittersweet action.
