Our HQ is based in the countryside of Northamptonshire where we have 600l system, counter pressure canning machine, laboratory, barrel ageing program & cold store.
In 2020, we expanded into The Outpost, a new brewery with taproom on the Bermondsey beer mile.
Three Hills entered liquidation in May 2025.

Bottle at L6, thanks to Dan, 13/06/18. Murky chestnut to mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose carries plastic notes, tangy dark fruits, light spice, charr. Taste comprises burnt toffee, light pine, dark fruit rinds, light spice, cocoa rub. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Sub par offering ... tangy and disjointed with a heavy plastic nose ... seems I had a different bottle to the others!

Bottle from the Blue Glass, Bedford. Mid-golden and slightly hazy with a touch of white head. Aroma of ammonia and lemon drops on the aroma with sourdough and vegetal notes. Bittersweet and spicy taste with sour hay notes in the finish. Cat piss aftertaste. I've had a couple of other beers from this brewery, and they were quite good, but not this one sadly.
