Keg at Goose Island Brew Pub, Shoreditch, 15/11/19. Lightly hazed e pale yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is lemon rind, faint piss, toasted grains, straw, mellow farmyard nip. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, tangy fruit rinds, light base funk. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a tangy citric twist. Not bad.

Keg at the brewpub. Low key lemony aroma with some herbs. Hazy orange yellow. Thin creamy white head. The bitterness is short-lived as stone fruit sweetness sweeps through. Light bodied. Thin. Lifted by fizzy-soft carbonation. Astringent finish. Nice if raw.

Keg at the brewpub. Roasty aroma. Cola rown. Very thin creamy off-white head. Light bitter with some burnt caramel and some citrus 8n the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Nice.

Draft at the Shoreditch location. Amber body, a few bubbles on top. Aroma is malty, bready. Taste follows with more of the malt. Actually it's a pretty solid marzen.

Draft at brewpub.Brown pour, dark, clear. Small collar of foam. As expected, very malty, both in the aroma and the taste. Light sweetness with notes of tobacco. small bitter bite at the finish.

Draft at Shoreditch brewpub. Burnished copper body, small foamy head. Aroma brings some caramel malts. and light fruit. Taste has more fruity flavors, peach, apricot along wi the underlying malts. Finshes with a nice tangy vibe.
