ABV: 4.0%. Clear medium to light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, light earthy, light elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, sugary, elderflowers, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190721]

500ml bottle, via Beers of Europe. Pours misty bright pink, artificial strawberry ice pop nose. Taste is much of the same, artificial flavours, a bit sticky on the finish, retains some of the pure apple textures underneath which rescues things somewhat.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear, very pale, bright red berry, raspberry nose. Taste is light, some distant apple tannin textures, fresh red berry, light rhubarb, light raspberry, good tart fruit flavours. Decent.

500ml bottle @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours clear pinkish, pale. Strong root ginger on the nose, fairly robust fiery ginger root on the palate with soft plummy notes. Can't recall having a cider with ginger this strong before, but it works well with the plum notes. Medium carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle from Bourne Valley Garden Centre, Addlestone. Apple peel aroma with a floral element that takes the edge off. Light child. Bubbly white head soon fades. Initial sweetness before the sourness closing proceedings. The elderflower comes through. Light bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long finish, the sweetness returns. It's fine. A bit sickly so wouldn't want to drink more than one bottle.
