No head whatsoever; hazy red-amber beer. Alcohol, fusels, oranges, flavoured spirit. Again booze with fusels, dried fruit: oranges, strawberry, kumquat, rosehips. Hints at cinnamon, cedar. Fiery MF with alcoholburn and -thinning, undercarbonated. It has a tad homebrew-gone-in-overdrive aspect, but I liked it all the same.

Small beige head over brown-black beer. Bit smoked, wood & charcoal, lots of (sweeter) roast. Roasted chestnuts, liquorice, faint hint of madeire, ripe banana, vanilla. Feels well-bodied for the meagre 5.3%. Good carbonation. Quite decent brew, if served blind, I would have had difficulty classifying it.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color caffelatte ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il piano sottostante offre una visione offuscata. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di caramello, miele, cioccolato al latte, caffè e liquirizia.

From tap at Il Santo Bevitore, Venice, 11.08.21. Translucent pale straw colour. Persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of peach, mango, papaya, lemon and lime marmalade, lemons and pale malt. Good. Perhaps an unfortunate hint og eucalyptus in aroma.

On tap at IL Santo Bevitore, Venice, Italy Thursday 5th September 2019 in the company of Will and Steve. A very pleasant fruity IPA, the bitterness a little more subtle than expected, carbonation provides a nice mouthfeel. Good.

Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, hay, caramel, pale malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, pale malt, hay, malt and hop bitter. 29/4/2019. Bottle, sample, courtesy of saxo. Pours hazy amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, caramel, fruit and light biscuit. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not bad.
