750ml bottle @home. Pours golden with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma of saison yeasts, orange zest, pepper, coriander, nice. Flavour is perfectly balanced, medium to light sweet with a good bitter end. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very good one!

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est légèrement houblonné, noble impression de Saaz, Tettnanger. Malt également dans un style carapils. Palais est sec et houblonné noble légèrement fleuri et fruité. Fini sec et amer avec une pointe de résiduel métallique.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Ambrée léger, col blanc. Arôme est fruité sur l’axe des houblons offrant e belles effluves fruitées entre agrumes et léger côté orangé. Palais est houblonné agréable sur un petit fini épicé. Note un côté pamplemousse, orangé, moyen en amertume.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Cuivrée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est légèrement malté biscuité, grillé assez moyen. Rétro sucré et caramélisé. Le houblon reste discret ajoutant un petit bouquet fruité. Palais est malté, avec cette sensation de levure d’abbaye. Léger fruité de figue, fini malté caramel, crystal nettement plus présent.
