[ As Borough (Lancaster) Summertime Dark ].Clear dark black brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, roasted ,sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

Cask handpull at GBBF 2015. Hazy gold lasting white head. Big bold. Honey. Fruit. Almost like a barley wine. Dry Oloroso sherry flavour. Insane but lovely. Grows on you.

From cask. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted sark malty. Breadish, roasted and dark malty. Roasted and lingering dark malty into a roasted finish.
