0,33 l bottle from a Hol´Ab! market. Unclear pale yellow with a small fast fading head in the glass. Low dry pale grain smell. Taste is what I expect from a Kräusen. Dry pale grain with a decent bitterness and some caramel in the second row. Hints of citrus in the background. Below average carbonation. Not as bitter as the Platzhirsch so far as I remember from the past. Quaffable stuff.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, big frothy off-white head. Lively carbonation. Aroma: Malt, musty, yeast, pepper. Taste: Malty, medium sweet with peppery notes of Saison yeast and fruity hints of orange. Moderate bitterness. Over medium body, above average carbonation. Pretty sweet, the high carbonation covers some flavour but overall this Farmhouse beer is quite nice.

Bottle at Tania’s parents'. Pours hazy amber with off-white head. Aroma of oranges, phenols (spices), notes of bread. Tastes pretty sweet with some bitterness. Medium bodied, very highly carbonated. Carbonation is definitely too high and hides the flavor.
