Description
A former cuckoo brewery, Stockport Brewing installed its own eight-barrel plant initially under the iconic Stockport Viaduct in 2014. It then moved to a larger, modern facility in the Bredbury Industrial Estate north of Stockport. The beers are widely available throughout the UK through a trading agreement with other breweries.

Cask, half pint. Tasted on the 27/01/2018 at "Manchester Camra Beer and Cider Festival". Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of grains, citrus and malts. Taste is grainy and malty with a slightly floral finish. Next one please!

[ As Stockport Cascade ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, frutiy msalt, pale malt, citrus, biscuit malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, old fruit - overripe fruit, sweet malt, pale malt, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
