Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours slightly hazy amber with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of dust and yeast, with citric hints. Sour and bitter flavour of yesteryear's yeast and hops, with touches of malt. Acidic and bitter aftertaste. Well, not my kind of fun.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear light amber with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light caramel and light bretty. Flavor is medium sweet and slightly acidic. Dry and slightly acidic finish. Surely the brett infection is unintented, but it works well. 280718

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear amber, white head. Fruity, bretty(!!) aroma. Flavour has some sour rag, brett. Far from as nice as the aroma. Must be wrong.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are brett, caramel, fruits, hops and has a nice sour bitter finish. Probably not intentional with the brett, but it works quite well.

7/6/2018. Bottle courtesy of trade with Danlo, cheers Ed! Pours dark amber with a small towards beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, fruit, caramel, hops, light chocolate, berries, prunes and a hint of leather. Light sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Dry, malty, fruity finish. Quite traditional, pretty enjoyable, if a bit too carbonated.
