Handpull cask at the Old Monkey, Manchester. Light to mid-gold and clear with a very small off-white head and a little bit of lacing. Aroma is very, very muted here. A little touch of malt and sweet spice. More to the taste here. Quite a bit more actually. Sweet at first, biscuity and a little nutty with notes of caramel, followed by a decent astringency filling the mouth. Very light body without being watery. Soft carbonation. Boring but passable.

26/2/2026. Cask at The Hop Beer Shop, Chelmsford. Pours well, nice colour. Good hoppy, floral aroma. Decent bitterness, touch spicy. Likeable.

Pale amber gold with a creamy white head and a soft light malt and fruit aroma. Smooth and creamy with some floral hop character, biscuit malt and delicate citrus bitterness

(Cask at Euston Tap West, Euston, London, 21 Nov 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and lemon zest. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, lemon peel, biscuits, grass and a balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Keg at FC United of Manchester bar - Clear gold, fizzy head. Strong tart citric nose and taste. Very sharp on the way out.

Keg @ Horse & Jockey, Chorlton. Deeper red with a thin head. It's very sweet and not quite feeling a cider, but is close to being one. Its flavour is a red and dark berry mix.

Cask at Euston Tap. Black beer lasting tan head. Some dried raisin flavour in mouth. Tasty dark ale. Light roast. Good depth of flavour some dark fruits. very drinkable. good
