Description
Nightjar Brew Co is the brand created by the team behind Slightly Foxed, established in 2011. This is a continuation of business – not one company going ‘under’ to re-emerge as another – same AWRS, VAT number, company number etc. After many successful years creating award-winning and popular cask beers, the brewery took a decision to undertake a significant rejuvenation.
But unlike a new entrant into the market, we come with many years of knowledge, learning, innovation, and expertise that’s mandatory for crafting a product that customers in 2018 are seeking out and expecting.

Recently deceased is Mohammad Ilyas, who scored a Test Century for Pakistan. Quite a regular but crisp and fair tasting stout. Cold roasted malt with a smoothness, traditional in design, only slightly rich by modern standards.

Christmas Eve Beers #9. Hazy golden with a glow. Sticky-sweet tropical fruit brew, evident in both aroma and taste but at easy drinking levels and texture. Never the most flavoursome example, but there's plenty enough

I've been through the desert on a dromedary with no name. Slightly hazed golden coloured brew. A pine dominant, but some tropical fruits in the mix beer, which is very flavoursome for it. One of those glad you ordered numbers. Somewhat sugary in design.

The name of the film this beer name mimics has spurned two animated sequels. I wonder if the beer will get the same treatment? Hazy golden coloured. Session tropical fruits, nothing stated or citric here, so feeling a tad subdued, but fair.

The most prominent televised revolution in Europe must be Nicolae Ceaușescu's demise at the end of 1989. Hazy golden with a small glow. Watery but a sweet candy tropical fruit taste masks this imperfection. Fair for its style.

There's plenty of kindness to be found in the texture of this milky stout, it's very smooth and has a lovely palate-feel. It's not a stated stout in taste though, very light chocolate found.

Not sure about the duvet, but my bed is definitely from IKEA. Quite hazy golden in colour. Strong, but its citrus fruitiness still dominates flavour, with a low citric bitterness. Slightly sticky-sweet too. Tropical aroma to compliment taste.
