Description
Nightjar Brew Co is the brand created by the team behind Slightly Foxed, established in 2011. This is a continuation of business – not one company going ‘under’ to re-emerge as another – same AWRS, VAT number, company number etc. After many successful years creating award-winning and popular cask beers, the brewery took a decision to undertake a significant rejuvenation.

But unlike a new entrant into the market, we come with many years of knowledge, learning, innovation, and expertise that’s mandatory for crafting a product that customers in 2018 are seeking out and expecting.

Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, lemon, grass, pineapple, resin, white bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh, hoppy and juicy. Very nice.

Deadication beer to Eutropius - the Bishop of Orange - died on this day in 475. Very hazed amber-orange brew. Mango, not orange is the main fruit though as you might expect and is light but part of an exotic fruitiness that exemplifies aroma and taste.

Having been to both Canada and Lapland in northern Finland, where they are called elk, I can confirm these creatures are massive, you wouldn't want to hit one with your car! Although mine was a rental when I was in Scandinavia so I'd have only lost my deposit. The brew is a weakish but not thin porter. Chocolate through its vanilla develops in its aftertaste. Mildly floral character.
