Description
Nightjar Brew Co is the brand created by the team behind Slightly Foxed, established in 2011. This is a continuation of business – not one company going ‘under’ to re-emerge as another – same AWRS, VAT number, company number etc. After many successful years creating award-winning and popular cask beers, the brewery took a decision to undertake a significant rejuvenation.
But unlike a new entrant into the market, we come with many years of knowledge, learning, innovation, and expertise that’s mandatory for crafting a product that customers in 2018 are seeking out and expecting.

Cask @ Nightjar, Hebden Bridge. Hazy golden with a creamy-frothy head. Very dry-hopped, this is pretty much its character.

Cask @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Black with a lighter-brown creamy head. Subtle cherry and easy texture, although not much classic stout character - which makes it a little bland.

Handpull cask at the Two-Tailed Lion, Leicester. Light gold, creamy hazy with a small smattering of white head and lots of lacing. Big tropical fruit aroma, some tangerine, melon. A touch of a metallic note. The sort of taste that makes you perk up: a creamy and notably malty sweetness at first, awash with tropical and citrus fruit, with a balancing bitterness at the finish. Light body, soft carbonation. A well-made little beer
