Aroma: Stale hops and berries. Flavour: Sweet fruits with candy notes. Aftertaste is fruity sweet. Carbonation is high, so open over sink - yet in the glass, the beer is dead. Colour: Orange with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Hammer Hansen Faaborg.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost cear, deep golden with an off-white head. Overripe fruit aroma and a hint of Brett?? Medium body, sweet maltiness oddly flawed, slightly moldy although Brett it isn't. Strangely unclean, more like a Golden Ale. I can see it has honey and spices which may explain why. 120422

Bottle 33 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a rough, off-white haze. Herbal, buttery nose. Medium body, very grainy, almost wort-like. A little biscuity, nutty and caramelly - but all pretty rough and unrefined. Dry finish. Primitive and not really clean or well crafted. 050422

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with an off-white head. Nose is sweet, caramelly wort with a metallic note and some herbal, medicinal hops. Quite horrible to be honest. Light body, fizzy, dry caramel, hoppy finish. Much better tasting than smelling - luckily. 050422
