Aus der Flasche (bbe 25.03.2027) im 2022-07 getrunken. Dieses schwarzbraune Ale kommt fast ohne Schaumbildung daher. Mit den kräftigen, malzigen geröteten Getreidenoten erinnert es mehr an ein Schwarzbier als an ein Stout. Neben der leicht unbalacierten Röstbitterkeit fällt ein leicht verbrannte Mouscovado-Zuckernote auf, die fast schon spannend ist.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 10.03.2023) im 2022-07 getrunken. Die dunkelrote Bier hat ein ganz leichtes Beeren-Aroma, aber das Bier erinnert sonst an ein leichtes Belgidsches Wit. Ein unkomplizierte Sommerbier!
