Arôme est malté, finement caramel, léger houblonné tirant vers l'herbacé et le floral.
Palais est crisp, malté sur belle base DE. Houblonné en amertume avec pointe mentholée, herbacée - malt sur léger effet toasté/caramel. Finalité sèche marquée. Amertume revient à la charge sur la fin et se confond dans un côté un peu plus céréales.

Keg at Mercato Mayfair. It pours clear amber - copper with a thick, foamy off-white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, toffee, sappy, dried fruits, raisin, sultana, fruit cake, soapy citrus and floral accents. The taste is dry, snappy bite, bitter - sweet, toffee, caramel, brown bread, sappy, woody, toasty spice, ryvita, earth and light leather with a drying, woody finish. Average body and moderate foamy carbonation. Another very rounded and drinkable offering from here guys. Chuggable I dare say.

Keg at Mercato Mayfair. It pours cloudy orange with a fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, bready malt, wheat cracker, toasty grains, green banana, twist of orange and peach. The taste has a fairly pronounced orange character, peel and marmalade, peachy, toasty grains, bready character, grass, limited banana character and some warming spice. Finish is tangy and orangey. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Like the orange vibes. Very drinkable stuff.

Keg at Mercato Mayfair. It pours hazy golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, sweet, ripe stone fruits, apricot conserve, juicy, jammy, tangy and bready malt. The taste is fairly firm, dry, some bitterness, crispness, orange squash, apricot, peach, smooth persimmon, mango and general good times with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Easy going and rather fruity offering.

Keg at Mercato Mayfair. It pours clear lager yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, clean, bready malt, biscuit, sponge cake, some grass, leaf, toasty grains and herbal accents. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, minerality, some stone fruit, green, leafy, herbal, woodsy, muted sweet undertone, bread and biscuit with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy/foamy carbonation. Pretty decent lager offering.

Dorée laissant un léger voile - assez classique des Zwiclke, col blanc épais et tenace.
Arôme reste sur une approche très DE - nobles avec un effet Saaz - Mittelfruh voire Perle. Qcq éléments caramel des malts apportent aussi un caractère finement 'bready' à cette bière légère.
Palais est crisp avec un excellent caractère DE - houblonné délicat floral et finement terreux - avec un support malté plaisant en délicatesse - pointe un peu biscuitée - caramel tout en ayant une douceur balancée par l'amertume.
