Bottle courtesy of Sven at The Drunk Monk. Decanted. Cloudy golden yellow color, small white head. Aroma of dusty summer fruit, vanilla, subtle vinous notes. Taste is softly sour stonefruit, vanilla, citrus. Better flavor and mouthfeel than the normal one.

Draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Looks flat, not very good lightning but looks reddish caramel brown oily with only some white bubbles for a head. Nose carries some funk, touch sour & barnyard, cacao, touch cheese,… Taste is sweet, funky with some earthly cheese, barnyard, sweet herbs, caramel and touch burned brown sugar, some light grass & touch floral bitterness in the back, earthly, herbal. Flat. Completely unintentional, nice barnyard, light sour from Spain. Similar to their Runa, I once tried but better. A beautiful failure.

Draft @ Moeder Lambic.

05/12 A 0.5 l bottle @Animal, Madrid, shared with teddybeer. Thanks Tibor! It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Orange hop and floral malt aroma. Flavor was quite simple, slightly bitter, same so sweet, herbal and grapefruit hops rounded in a boring, simple sugary way. Thinner to medium in body with pleasant, biscuit and herbal bittersweet finish. Definitely not bad, even pleasant, BUT rather typical, common EPA, not "the best beer in the World" as producers market it and justify the title with nothing except extremely high price. -1 overall for such pretentious attitude.

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Hazy dark orange colour with a nice formation of an off-white head. Tarty aroma, caramel, sour, peach and yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet but also with acidic hints. The final is sourish and dry. Carbonation is soft. Body is medium. Texture is moderate oily.

(Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 July 2012) Dark brown colour, almost black, with foamy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, dark bread and caramel. Roasted, malty taste with chocolate, raisins, dark bread, brown malt and a mild, spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Quite decent.
