(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Amber colour with foamy off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, green grapes, apricots and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapes, apricots, barnyard and a touch of vinegar. No bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh, woody acidity. Very nice.

Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, apricots, caramel and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, thin off-white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity citrus and stone fruit, funky hints. Taste: Fruity citrus and some stonefruit. Moderate tart. Oak wood and some tannins. Combined with light sweetness, malty body and light hopbitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry-ish finish.

Slightly hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, oranges, zest. Taste of oranges, blood orange, zest, resins, long bitter finish.
