Pâle, col blanc fin et peu tenace.
Bière d'inspiration lambic - brassée en Catalogne - caractère plaisant des grians - malt pâle avec un appui solide de dry hopping en lignée des lambic avec une préférence, me semble-t-il pour l'usage du houblon Cascade.
Fini léger sur le funk, fine acidité avec une barrique délicate, je retrouve une sensation de feuilles et fleurs séchées. Je note aussi un côté agrumes du houblon qui se prête bien à la base plus 'sour' de la bière.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Amber colour with foamy off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, green grapes, apricots and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapes, apricots, barnyard and a touch of vinegar. No bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing, with a fresh, woody acidity. Very nice.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, apricots and pink grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with orange peel, apricots, caramel and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, thin off-white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity citrus and stone fruit, funky hints. Taste: Fruity citrus and some stonefruit. Moderate tart. Oak wood and some tannins. Combined with light sweetness, malty body and light hopbitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry-ish finish.

Slightly hazy amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, oranges, zest. Taste of oranges, blood orange, zest, resins, long bitter finish.
