500 ml bottle @ La Cerveteca, Barcelona. Slightly hazy reddish brown body with a big, creamy lasting tan head. Aroma is mild caramel malt, slightly roasted. Flavor is malt, caramel, some hops, slightly roasted and fruity refreshing. Medium body. Feels quite light and straight forward, but some roast and bitterness get more obvious during the aftertaste.

Bottle. Orange, banana, and sour malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-brown color with small head. Sweet lemon, banana, coriander and malt flavor. Mild bitter finish. Very nice - more of a hybrid between a standard wheat ale and a wit/weizen.

Re-rate 11/28/11: Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Rotem. Hazy golden-orange with a big white head. Aroma of fruits, yeast and floral and citric hops. Flavor starts sweetish, yeasty and fruity and continues drier and slightly spicy with some hops. Medium-bodied. Not bad. Started with 3.3, and by the time it warmed up a bit, I raised the score to 3.5. 7/4/7/3/14=3.5

[3/3/11] Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas in Brussels. Cloudy orange color with a medium white head. Aroma has some fruity yeast and floral hops. Flavor starts sweetish with some malt and fruity esters, continues bitter and hoppy with grassy and citric notes. Medium-bodied. Quite enjoyable. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Draft @ Moeder Lambic.

Bottled, from El Estribo, Madrid. Hazy golden, no head. Funky brett aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body. No acidity, but really funky with sweaty dill and cooked seafood. Spritzy, complex and rustic, yet with elegance. Light salty finish. Really interesting stuff.
