Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very fruity - peaches, as well as some notes of brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with an underlying acidity and notes of brettanomyces, malt, straw, grapefruit, and some minerals, leading to a lightly tart and dry fininsh. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a lacing off-white head. Tart and Bretty aroma - very tart actually. Medium body, astringent fruitiness, leathery with lots of Lacto and Brett. Dry, sulphurous and very tart finish. An interesting sour effort. 301109

7th August 2008. GBBF. Slightly cloudy golden beer. Rich and a little dry. Very drinkable - fruity dryness that reminds of some Belgian ales.

Bottled (from Cracked Kettle). Deep ambery brown colour, mediumsized beigeish foamy head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight metallicness as well as sour freshly cut woodennotes. Flavour is rather grassy and and bit sour fruity. Also has some spices, nuts and earthyness in it. Probably some kind of infection is the root for the sourness in this one. Yet it was quite drinkable.

Dark brown color, with short lived head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, roasted nuts and yeast. Soft mouthfeel, the flavor is also a bit chocolatey, and roasty, with light traces of yeast and cream; correct bitterness.
Quite good.

Gushing bottle, cloudy amber color. Yeasty caramel aroma, a bit soapy. Dry muthfeel, with aggressive bitterness. Not good; confusing.
