Fra fat på Bierkraft, delt med Kitty siste kvelden i Sevilla: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Aprikos, fersken, granskudd, citrus og lychee etterfulgt av en behagelig og fruktig bitterhed med mersmak.

Draft @ BxlBeerFest 2019. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez de grains/funk, le tout sur un nez un peu lambic et léger fruité fermenté. Barrique fine en rétro - apport fin boisé. Palais de funk, cuir, citrique, léger côté terreux avec une note d'agrumes - citron vert, sécheresse de fin de bouche dont un apport modéré de barrique et de vin.

Color cobrizo con espuma jabonosa de color blanquecino. Aroma con leves notas acarameladas. Sabor con leve acidez, notas maltosas y a caramelo. Final ligeramente ácido. Muy buena.

Cerveza de color cobrizo, espuma blanca, corta duración. Aroma con alto predominio de maltas, algo de naranja. Sabor maltoso, amargor moderado. Final cremoso y denso en boca.

Color dorado con espuma blanca. Aroma maltoso, leves notas a caramelo y algo lupulado. Sabor maltoso, algo amargo. Muy fácil de beber.

Bruxellensis. Draught version with Weyermann Bamberg malt: Just a hint of citrus in the aroma. Friendly but earthy hopbitter flavor Earthy bitter aftertaste. Well balanced. (6 2 7 3 13 = 3.1) Bottled version (gift from the brewer to the small RB-group) with malt from Malterie du Chateau in Hainaut, Belgium. Citrus and hints of butter and cellary in the aroma. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Flowery, citric, earthy hopbitter flavor. (8 3 7 2 14 = 3.4) There is a remarkable difference between the two versions. The rating is however a weighed average.

Draught @ Bruxellensis. Vegetable aroma, cellary perhaps. Vegetable hopbitter flavor. Slightly earthy aftertaste. I’m not impressed.
